Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier processing.
During busy periods, holidays, or international customs checks, shipping may take a little longer.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take a few days to update, especially while the package is moving between carrier facilities.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change the shipping address.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address. If the package has already shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will review the issue and help with a replacement, store credit, or other solution when applicable.
Can I exchange my item?
Because our pieces are limited small-batch items, exchanges depend on availability.

Care
How should I wash my tights or socks?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry.
Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Delicate lace, ribbons, charms, and mesh details should be handled gently.
Are the pieces delicate?
Yes. Many Poppy Puff pieces feature lace, mesh, ribbons, charms, embroidery, or sheer fabric.
Please handle them carefully when wearing, washing, and storing.
Products
Are your products limited?
Yes. Many Poppy Puff styles are curated in small batches and may not restock once sold out.
If you love a style, we recommend ordering before it disappears.
Do the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colors accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and photo conditions.
